la vie en rose

I made this piece based on a song. It had been going in and out of my mind for a few days and lingered long enough to influence my color choices. The song is La Vie en Rose by Edith Piaf. I don’t speak french but I understand that the title is about looking at the world through rose colored glasses – to see it with charm and happiness, all pink and new and exciting.
