Just barely over a year ago I was on an adventure, exploring parts of Peru with a dear old friend. These recent days that have us laughingly say that we are going to visit our living rooms and connecting with our loved ones on a screen, have also found me trolling through my old photos, trying to bring back the feeling of those new sights, sounds and smells. One of those days in Peru was about a visit to a park called Paracas on the coast. We went out on a boat and saw seals and thousands of sea birds, a pre-Incan geoglyph and a red sand beach. My biggest memories of the day are mainly about the space of it all. Huge skies and distant horizons all filled with the rich golds and blues of desert, sea and sky.
